Does anyone know if these: http://www.camskill.co.uk/m62b1595s344p63993/HANKOOK_TYRES_CAR_HANKOOK_K115_HANKOOK_K_115_-_205_45R16_83V_TL_
Are just as good as the V12's? I prefer the tread pattern on the 115's as they closely match the PE2's on the rear...
I bought one from Maplins, and soldered it onto the board. It worked for 2 days, and then failed. I bought a second hand complete pack off here, which has worked fine since :)
The transistor may not be broken, but if lose i.e. the solder holding it onto the PCB in broken, it will be intermittent. I would start by changing the resister pack. My clio developed a similar problem. Rob
Hi mate. That would be me! Just moved to Castlefield so my new local supermarket. Stocking up on beers for the weekend..
Yup noticed your 182 & forum sticker :)
Rob
The problem is, the heater blowers fail to work, the panel lights up fine.
I have tried following a guide on here about linking out connectors 1 - 5, which has made the blower come on 'full pelt' Does this confirm the 'Heater Resistor Panel' is at fault?
Harsh mate. I remember my black clio getting done all over the bonnet and wing. Felt sick when i saw it :( Just be happy knowing the r****d responsible will get his/her comeuppance in another form. Stanley blade across their face. karma's a b**ch
I prefered my 172 to what i've got now. there more stealthy :) The spare wheel was useful, although I carry a full size spare as apposed to tyre foam , which fills the boot! Be happy :-)
I replaced my battery last week.

The same battery was £80ish from my local car shop, £53 delivered from there^
