When i built the car i wanted to keep it clean with no silly stickers - i got the "RoadRunner" stickers from a guy in the states - there off a "68 Superbird" and look the b****cks.
Dude - scrap that sticker on the back window - keep it mean and aggresive ;)
Paint work is Satin Black btw
Best bet is buy a complete meg coupe 2.0 16v cat d or cat c and transfer everything over. The one you want is the 97 - 99 model with an F4R 710 engine fitted ( similar in design and power to the williams lump ) You can pick a car up for about £400 damaged. Easy transplant
The chassis will...

Re: 70% complete 172RWD!
Fantastic workmanship but i cant bring myself round to think why fit a 172 lump in the back - surely theres lots more exotica out there than the F4R lump ? I would have gone 1.8T myself but each to there own.
A fantastic and proffesional piece of work - spot on !!
some more vids - sorry to hijack your post dude but ive got bloody loads of videos and pics people havent seen before

Caught it when the wheels gripped and overtook it before the finish line - traction at start was terrible at...
On the road there's not a lot of machinery that will touch this car.
I had countless meetings with alsorts of exotic machinery from skylines to ferrari's ( including one very embarrased FQ400 owner that lives near me ) the power of the car is stupid.
To see the owners expression of a 911...
You were asking for trouble buying a blown engine to start off with. In my experience its always best to pay the extra for a good lump instead of buying something faulty and paying out for it to be repaired.
On the other hand you have been had over and thats a bummer. If i can help you with...
Ive actually driven the original clio V6 that was built and designed by Tom Walkinshaw racing - its a scruffy looking black clio 1.6 16v that was slowly developed by TWR and had a massive documented file on the start to finish build of the car. It looks like a V6 now but started life as a 1.6...
S3 runs a lower compression engine than the TT 225 lump, which is more effective when tuning / turbo charging.
If your gonna beef the bottom end up and fit a bigger turbo it wont really make any difference - if not the S3 APY lump is the daddy - a good tuner can extract 280 bhp from one of these
