Look for a program called Anapod, I used to use this for my iPod Nano but I've started using iTunes for the touch. I've got a program on my touch installed called DropCopy which it says you can transfer files between touches but I've not tried it yet.

The Trophy one is the one from a V6 but I personally prefer the Cup one.

Just get it to sync a playlist instead, that's what I do for both my iPods.

Pleased with my sidelights too, makes it look much cleaner with the xenons.

I got the ones from the group buy and mine are fine, look good with the xenons.

Yes they will particularly how blue they are as well.

For side lights I would say go for LED ones and for headlights I had Philips X-treme Power bulbs in my old car, not xenon look but very good for vision.
