Do the New tomtoms not do full 7 digit postcode searches?

The old on i use to borrow you could put the whole seven digit postcode in.
This one makes you do the first bit then tells you the area and asks for the road name? Weird?

Loving the POI's and mc'd's and pizza hut stuff though lol!

only some of them do it.

At the time when i bought my navman... it was the only one in the series that alowed 7 digit entering. Seems pointless without it

Bit weird that the old one did it and this one doesn't.

Its the TOMTOM 720.

I'm sure I've done they whole 7 digits on my 720 before now.
