There's a guide in the guides section I think. Basically make sure you support the engine with a jack and then undo and replace. Although as stated above I gave up and took mine to a garage. The guy selling that mount in eBay is a member on here but can't remember his profile name.

Cool! What about a quiet whistle that increases with revs...? (just had full cam and aux kit done and dephaser by a local specialist) Worrying me that it's gear box related... (gearbox is quite stiff when cold but has never popped out or made any grinding noises)

If you have a specialist near you (who's recommended on here) might be worth taking it to them to let them have a drive/listen. I did that with mine and the issue was identified within minutes. (dephaser :-() If it's a loud whine could it not be gearbox related anyone..?

I reckon I could have gotten them undone with a breaker bar but I didn't wanna shear anything... so that's up to you!! lol Yeah you just take the old bushes out of the dogbone (I've heard the easiest way is to burn them out!) The uprated bushes in the dogbone make the car vibrate quite a bit...

Just made me think, I changed from a standard renault to a K&N filter... maybe that's where mines coming from!! lol It does sound rather like my old 2.0 laguna that I had (got it for £300 as a run about...) When driving that it sounded like an episode of the clangers!

I wouldn't go with uprated engine mounts... I'd go for standard upper gearbox mount, and standard upper engine mount with uprated dogbone. It isn't a massive job and there is a guide on here, although I just could not get any of the bolts undone, had to get it done at a garage in the end!

Mine had excessive movement but not knocking, I bit the bullet and got powerflex dogbone and new upper gearbox, and upper engine mounts. It's made a huge difference having them all renewed at once. Feels SO much better to drive!

£140 is pretty good if they gave you a new fob on the spot! I had to order a fob from a local specialist at the cost of £156 and had to wait a week!

Should fit (I have one on my sport). It just screws in with self tappers, and the splitter it's self is actually quite flexible so you kinda mould it to fit.

The black box is the starter, and the black circle is the bulb holder. There are usually some starters on eBay, or even in the for sale section on forum. I got a starter on eBay for about £20... Hopefully there will be one that can be posted to Italy.

It's a flexible splitter so you can mould it to fit. You do have to attach it using self tappers, easier to drill smaller guide holes first in my opinion. You then have to trim about 1.5 inches off each side once it's fitted (a sharp stanley knife cuts through it!). It's quite an easy job and...
