You got any kind of theme going??
I have an iceberg... I personally don't know what colour I'd choose. I think out of the colours you've mentioned I'd personally go for yellow...
I had the condensation issue, it was just down to the rubber cap not sitting on the back property. Failing that, some people have put a sachet of silica gel hidden away in the back of the light on a fishing line (for retrieval). Theres a thread about it somewhere.
RE the clocks re-setting I...
Don't think I'll get away with lowering my car now though :-( there's literally a couple of millimeters between the splitter and the floor at the entrance and exit of my works car park, and my drive at home!! Lol
If you take a look in your handbook, it should give you all the service intervals and what is due to be changed at that mileage etc...
Sounds about right to me though.
Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project
I love this car!! If only my iceberg looked half as good as this I'd be over the moon!!
Absolutely LOVE anthracite 2118's on 'bergs!!
I heard there was a watch type battery that dealt with the memory of the dials but I've yet to confirm this. Please don't go dismantling your car 'til someone confirms either way... Lol!
I have this issue as well but haven't changed my main battery yet!
These are the plugs that you should get... NGK PFR6E-10

1*2 is an abbreviation which means both 172 and 182... :)
I've heard they run like shite if you use cheap plugs. I got a full set of the recommended NGK ones off eBay for about £35 I think.
Do a search for spark plugs on here and you'll find the correct ones.
Ah I know what you mean now.
It should clip in. And to unplug it you have to press the clip in so that it releases.
I suppose if the plug is damage it could work loose.
I'm afraid I have no idea how you could stop that happening :-S
I had my dogbone uprated recently, but also changed the other two anyway. (2002 172 on 78,000 miles, still running original mounts!)
My car feels 1000x better than it did, and apparently my upper gearbox mount was hanging on by a thread so it's a good job I had it changed. You will notice...
I think thats an OK price from a dealer, I wish mine had come with 12 months warrenty it would have saved me at least £1000!!! lol
Looking forward to seeing some pics I love Arctic Blue!
If it is a spark/coil issue I got my plugs off eBay. The 1*2's are really funny about which plugs they run on, NGK Platinum something or other... do as search and you'll find the right ones.
