Nice one Alice. My old man was into his film stuff years ago.
He's got a little digital these days, but likens using a digital camera to cooking with a microwave. You get similar results, but part of the fun is in the actual cooking.
I've never bothered with it. I try different ones, they ***** my (puny) system resources so I f**k them off.
A bit of common sense is as good as any AV in my experience.
Of course it is! Alright it's still an 'entry level' DSLR... but it's much better specced. The 450D is more comparable to the D60 or 80 imho.
Will it help him take better pictures? That remains to be seen! :D
And, not only that, but everyone knows that Canons are just betterer.
Marks comparing it to a 172 Cup though..... they're horrible things. The annual cull will begin soon as they all go sliding backwards into the hedge bottom.
Wrong. In reality, they're all much of a muchness.
Although I still dispute the fanciful claims on here that becuse the ph1 airbox is round, it's the same as a Maxogen.
Ultimately, I reckon reducing the 90 degree to as little as possible will have more effect than whatever filteer you...
Passive rear wheel steer ftw.
I had a '99 HDi Dturbo.... brilliant car. Far better handling than my 172. Much more composure, yet easily chuckable considering it was a bigger car.
Not quick, but nippy enough. I had mine chipped and it was OK once rolling. Shocking off the line as standard...
Nick's an excellent guy to deal with. The guys built (winning) race engines.
I've had a few bits and bobs done by him. Very down to earth bloke and his father makes excellent tea. lol.
Not much. Mainly because I'm not much good at it lol. Usually levels and saturation, but not much else. In fact the less I feel I need to do the happier I am! lol
Have a guess lol :o
I actually created it ages ago... but only uploaded one picture for some reason...... I'll use it from now on... There's some funking brilliant photography on there!!!
I have a flickr account now! Although I'm not sure what it's all about lol Much less 'lossy' than photobucket it seems, which can only be a good thing!
There are cleaning kits available for you to DIY..... or you can take it/send it to somewhere to do it for you.
I'm still PP'ing the dirt out of my pictures so haven't got round to getting it done. Others on here who've done it will no doubt advise.

Did it give a reason?
Try manually entering the server settings. You'll need to know what type of Yahoo account you have, as the settings differ by looks of it.
The Yahoo website will have all the info you need.
Yeah. The POP3 settings will be the same for whichever Outlook you're using I expect. In fact thinking about it I don't think you even need those with 2007. I think it does it for you.
Just go Tools/Accounts then click 'new' and follow the instructions.
I think it's tools/accounts or something like that. It's pretty straight forward.
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Some nice shots there fella.... I too must hold my hand up to shooting at ISO800 in the midday sun in Cyprus. Not a mistake you're likely to make twice though dude!
