You don't need an adaptor for the stereo to work just the renault stalk control for volume etc. As I wanted / needed bluetooth phone connection + ipod + stalk control I went for a Pioneer system, not as nice looking IMHO as the Becker but still very pleased...

Looks very nice! I nearly went for a Becker head unit myself - but found out that you can't have both an ipod and steering wheel control adaptor fitted at the same time.

The latest Sony's are more expensive but then they can display 1080p native.

I don't think any body would be prepared to have multiple rolling roads done just to prove a point with an acoustic valve. But to me it makes perfect sense to bin it as its restrictive especially as I plan to install some of BenR's inlet manifolds and have a custom Superchips remap to get the...

I've got mine being delivered tomorrow so will take some pics. If it is the case that the bore tapers down to 1.9" then it will be going back.
