It's purely a time thing due to the caution and finesse required around the panel edges, both sanding and polishing. Kelly would do this normally and I intend to when I have more time. 3 days isn't enough for this tbh...
The bumper is split a bit, but not too bad. Kelly is going to sort it for me luckily! We still need to do the roof, boot and bumpers!! I'd say it needs 5 days to do this to an average sized car.
It sets a fixed point so that you can assess the removal rate of the paint from a fixed point.
Have a look at post 12 of Day 2 and you'll see what I mean.

Definitely worth trying, but I'd suggest that you're working indoor as a minimum.
Kelly's unit is very clean, with very little dirt airborne, yet you still get a load of issues with dirt landing on the panel and getting caught under the paper. You MUST be doing this in a clean environment IMO.
Exactly, most newer German cars suffer from horrendous orange peel effect in the clearcoat

I'm very lucky to be down at Kelly's for a few days, mainly for one-to-one tuition...
Fat Max is okay, but it doesn't have a flat bottom so can be annoying, depending on what you carry
The Green Dodo bag, linked by James is ideal for detailing stuff IMO, I have a couple of them

Tbh, lots of Nilfisks are now failing on users from DW, so they seem to be just as bad as the cheaper Karchers.
I would also suggest you look at the Karcher Outlet, and get something like X5.700, or another of the "X" series (there's a cheaper one too)
Whichever you get, just don't let the...
