I always ask that if customers are happy that they tell who ever they like but if they are unhappy in anyway that they tell me first.
Unfortunately no manufacturer of any mechanical assembly can assure 100% reliability 100% of the time of its components but by using genuine parts you do reduce...
Sure it's the dephaser? I only use genuine parts yes but as with all things in life, sometimes things go wrong.
Drop me a PM with your registration and an invoice number would be handy to and I'll dig out the job card.
In the meantime, drop me an email via the website and I will get you in...
So hit a bit of cast metal that was specifically designed to take a blunt impact and resist such impacts then in doing so risk breaking the lower inlet plenum/plastic fuel rail or worse (and slightly extreme), rip the M6 grade 8.8 studs out of the head? Yeah, I wouldn't do that.
Nagh, I'd let them loose on all the cars the dodgy car traders and taxi drivers bring in for massive jobs which in their experience won't cost anymore than £5

There is one other issue that is being overlooked here Cub/Chip. By removing your ABS you will also remove the speed signal so you will not only have an ABS light on but with the removal of the signal it will also trigger the ESP/TC and EML (as these all require the speed signal to do various...
