So true, I have heard people talk about the BMW 330d being faster than the 330ci, its simply not true as long as the 330ci is in the correct gear it is faster in whichever test you want to perform 0-60, 0-100, 30-70 etc Same with the 172/182 if you are in the right gear you are fine!

Was it a new shape astra or an old shape one, they both have the same eninge 197bhp but the new one weighs a bit more In theory it should be pretty even with the older shape and you should just have the edge on the newer shape
