Looks like the issue could be related to the throttle potentiometer and the throttle body. Ive got some 2nd hand one being sent to see if this sorts my problem and it fires. The throttle body butterfly valve is not opening when the throttle is pressed on start up

Dan as far as I know its plugged in correctly . Its in tight . I guess I need to check any associated fuses or relays which are related to it ? Is it common for these to fail ? Could it be linked to the pedal as I think this was getting picked up as a fault ?

Can see the oil , I've rebolted it all up with new gasket . Will see if it still leaks

Yes I had all the bolts in now buddy. Just doesn't seem to be sealing very well ! I may use some sealant too ?

Its leaking where I've put abit of bog roll when I bolt it up with gasket

Got a gasket but it still seams to be leaking down through thr gasket . There a little hole in the side of block where it seems to weep . Is this some form of oil return ?
