its not a cheap game mate , unless your gona learn how to do it properly and make money of it like i do its probs not worth it really ,
i only use a 25ltr compressor , but it kicks out enough air to power a clarke 1.4 gravity few gun easily so does the job fine to me ,
as said your...
i have been offered a lot of pirelli p zero's for very cheap and wondered if they would fit my wheels , ive got 195/50/15's on at the min and the p zero's are 225/50/15s i dont think they will but worth asking just incase . matt
you will need special drill bits , spot welds are stupidly strong and you will probs end up meltin a few good drill bits like i did lol , think the propper bits are £12 ish each
hah i dont think ive done to badly , i got the detailing bug a bit back but managed to lose it a bit , but at the same time so did a mate , so he went out and bought loadsa stuff cleaned his car once with me and never used it again , he's now crashed his car and has black primed...
am buying some new springs for my clio dci , its has got dci lowering springs on it think there 35mm but one has been replaced with a standard spring , its currently got full 172 front suspension on it , its still on the dci springs .
now as im buying new springs i want 60mm as its...
i used to think this colour was ok but after seing/working on dave88's car i grew to love it seriously if you see this colour for a few days you will want one i know i now do !
i kinda agree with you but there again would you be happy spending £400 ish or however much every 2 years on a carbon bonnet , it willprobs be cheap lacquer that they have used .
well it cant be that old can it talk to ktec as they have obviously used inferior lacquer . and it would be very very hard to re laqcuer the bonnet and keep it looking good .
do what i did and just fit 172 suspension , you will need wishbones , hubs , shafts , and brakes . its well worth it tho for the stopping power ,plus if you have alloys your bigger brakes show and look more like a real sport than a replica .
yeah your right there but there on about when a customer only wants a wing paintin with no blending in , then your gonna have problems matchin colours , i normally get very good matches on paint but its not down to been goo with a paint gun thats picking the right colour in the first place ...
agreed , ive had people wantin just wa wing painting and no blending , and they have said its got to be a 100% match , nothing you can do unless you have full car
yeah its only got a extra 5bhp but got bags more torque , you will really notice a difference .
its not for sale wuite yet but if some one wants it they casn have it , its got a good spec too !
get a dci 80 there just as quick you wont feel the difference or get a dti uk tuning box of ebay that will take you over 100bhp , as for the van bit they usually have high miles , tax is £190 a year ( normally £35 on a car ) , and they do convert back fairly easily there is a metal floor pan...
oh well the normal ones fit anyway , probably only worked cos mines a dci and i fitted the originals into the sport hubs . yeah thats how i wrecked mine trying to removed them al just bring a hub home with me and cut the out carfully
