think al just go to the scrap yard then , arent sports the same cos when mine had sport hubs on it had the same sensors as a normal clio, tbut i coulldnt get them back out the standard hubs when i put sport ones back on .
cheers mate , yeah i already know what am doin with the rotary , but at the bodyshop we just used to g3 it then use glaze and that was it , i was just wondering what more i could do to my car with the things i already have ?
right am wantin to give my clio a bit of a going over as its not looking its best , i have a rotary polisher and i am going to give it a going over with that.
First am going to use a cutting pad with g3
the a sponge pad with farecla glaze as thats how we used to doit at the bodyshop...

chances are mate its burnt into the lacquer . as mattjk says u would be best of wetsandind it down , try using 800grade paper wet with a sanding block then flatten with 1200 then go over it with 2000 then give it a verygood polish , should come up ok'ish if you have experience
to be honest mate if you have paid for a dent to be sorted you want it sorted . these things happen from time to time and will probs of gone by un noticed untill you spotted it . and am sure they will understand were your comin from as if it was spotted it in the bodyshop they would of got the...
assume its rear arches . picky or not rust is rust and it will spread if you have got the money spare go for it now . they wont laugh your the one payin the bills so they will do what you want .

first you need a decent compressor that kicks out atleast 9cfm and has a decent tank on it . that will set you back a fair bit
then a decent gun , for £33 quid cant beat the clarke gravity fed guns with a 1.4mm tip
air line with fittings hvlp will set you back around £30 ish...

when a car is painted/laquered the surface although it looks smooth isnt 100% so you very lightly sand it down . so that its like glass then polish up gives it alot deeper shine and looks a 100times better . if you look on you car close up your bound to find some areas were paint is slightly...
howmuch did you pay for the injectors mate ? from what i know the 1.5 and the 1.9 dci use the same head so would the injectors from a 120dci not fit the clio ?
also apparently the box from the dci 65 is the same as the clio 1.8,16v and the dci 80 is the same box as from the williams ...
no way near that mate a litre of primer max , you will have alot left over from this . as you only prime damaged parts or were filler had been used or heavy grades of sanding paper . for paint 2litre will do it easily , and for lacquer probs be around maby 2.5 litre for a good few wet coats ...
