Check to see if the router can run http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/index, if it can't buy one that can cheaply (Buffalo ones are good) and use ChiliSpot or something like that on it.

I think some of you may have missed the point but never mind. Suggestion was based on the fact that the airbox has been bodged back on with tape rather then being attached properly. If you do that what are the changes on a successful timing belt change... Not that it matters to me, not my car...
