Ive been using them for a few months now though.
Found them better than stock because my knocking problems have gone but just want to get them to fit better without wasting too much more money.
My Reg isn't on the Renault system but its got factory alarm, security marked windows and locking wheel nuts. It really pisses me off as nobody reconises the reg!
Coloured marks on bolts etc is pretty standard on all modern cars as assembly machines check for the marks on the bolts so that they recognise that its been assembled correctly. As danny says its just a way of QC

IMO bang for buck a ClioSport can't be beaten. Cheap to run, reasonably cheap to insure and great fun to drive so I don't see why there should be an age limit on it tbh.
Although I agree with what your saying from a technical point of view. You can't expect people to change what they call fully adjustable suspension.
Even my girlfriends 50 year old dad calls them coilovers becausr thats what everyone else calls them!
Mine fires up after about a second then requires a blip and then its fine! Only does it when the outside air is warm. A bit of a mystery really!
If it was the idle control valve I would of thought it would have issues idling?
Get stick on ones and put one on the windscreen and one on the rear screen. My brother had magnetic ones and his car still bares a long scratch from when the one on the front slid all the way up the bonnet when he was driving.
The plugs, leads and coilpack were changed by the previous owner about 30k ago. I'm using shell optimax. Its only started doing it over the last couple of weeks. Ive tried everything obvious like cleaning the TB etc.
