As the title. I'm looking at some locking wheel nuts. They are grade 8.8.
I know my PMS studs and nuts are grade 10.9. So I'm just checking that 8.8 is still more than sufficient?
Cheers
What's the offset of 172 cup turinies? ET38 or something?
Either way it will be fine. If it wouldn't then how do you think people are able to safely add spacers as well
I once read that you shouldn't ideally go more than 10mm from the standard offset. 182 wheels are ET43 I think...
Enjoyed reading that.
Such an improvement on the car good work. Really transformed it already!!
Is the front splitter fitted in those pics, can't quite work it out?
A cup rear spoiler would be a lovely addition too.
Looks sooooo mint. Roll on this weekend aye ;) Is it still good for you?
Although I am worried about the lack of sunlight hours now days. Will probably rain anyway :(
I'm going to be ordering a couple of sets of these shortly.
If anyone local enough to me to pick them up would like a set then let me know (Croydon, Surrey). I can also bring to the Bedford season opener track day in Feb if people are willing to wait till then (unlikely I know just putting it...
Sweet cheers.
I've emailed them and asked for the strength grade. If they are decent enough then I'll give them a go.
Only really for when I'm parked up and the car is left for long periods. Not for use when on track.
Are they the right pitch angle and thread pattern? If so might be worth a try. Could always get a slightly bigger spacer if the stud thread was too long for the tool.
Or drill the top in the tool so it passes over the stud?
COol thanks mate.
What length stud do you have then please? And where did you get the lockers for them?
Might be easier if I get a set of 4 studs which are the right length in the first place. And just have an one odd one on each wheel for the locker.
Bugger, good point.
I searched for lav mic on the eBay page but nothing came up. I'll do some more detailed searches now.
EDIT: It does say stereo in the title??
Yeah thinking about it. I'll probably never do anything underwater anyway. And can always get another case if need be. Just feel a bit protective over it as it's so new and expensive lol!!
This one looks alright doesn't it? Plugs straight in with no need for an adapter...
