The cup alternator is not the same.
IMO dont do it, its alot of wonger for 20hp. Trust me I know what it feels like after you get used to the power and you think 'meh'
My current one has cost me 9k to get to 240hp and Im thinking of selling it LOL!
mint (like mine ;)) blues (deep purple blue) reds and amthadites are going for 12-13k ( you can pick up a mrk5 for that price now!)

There quite expensive to run though, mine needs front discs and pads! They come as two piece...
Not That much in it tbh, the R32 gets a better start but the 6500rpm limiter (change into 3rd at 50mph) olny let's it get about 1/2 a car gain to 60. After that it starts to pull.
Car is getting remap'd with filter on Wednesday, so that will sort the limited isuue out (7200) and they respond...

Your throttle cable is going all the way isn't it? TB isn't jammed? Take the elbow off, get someone to hold the pedal to the floor and look to see of the valve is flat!
For the sake of 2 mins, lossen the cps and hold it closer to the box then re tighten. You need to lend soneones oem tps too...
