i have a mrk1 172 and a devil de cat. i have two lambdas and the de cat has 1, do i conect the plug nearest the engine or nearist the back, what do i do with the other?

after i removed this from my engine whilst it is being fixed, i have seperated the tb , it was covered in ****,muck and grease. spent a good hour cleaning it and now its a minter, but looking in the inlet mani , its proper mucky i have removed all the sensors and coil etc so now its just a lump...
