sounds like air being sucked into the coolant somewhere, plus a little white stuff under the oil filler cap. Is this normal after an engine rebuild.
Plus I can definitely smell coolant out of the exhaust. :dapprove:
Just want some reassurance it's not the obvious.
And can you guys give...
I think everything will be moving towards solid state. Entire devices being produced in one lump. So yes I think we will return to cartridges. The life of mechanical devices is obviously much less than a solid state device.
Everything is becoming more portable....
I just got my engine rebuilt by ktec a week ago. Not allowed past 4000rpm for a while, but already I can feel the power difference.
300bhp is not unlikely. I had 250bhp proven before my engine rebuild.:)
As for advice. Warm up, warm down, doesnt hurt it.
Keep an eye on the oil and coolant...
182 turbo conversion
I added the following:
Sat Nav dash top with screen
Engine rebuild with forged pistons and rods
New paddle clutch
Brembo max discs and ferodo ds2500 pads
Painted and polished engine bay
Next modification will be custom built ad on pistonheads.:(
no more work than installing a standard clutch.
Mine is quite heavy and judders a bit when pulling away, it's brand new too.
Worth it if you have a high powered car, but most opinions are that standard clutch is ok for mild mods.
the pretension near the handbrake may be the problem, in my old 172 lowering the seat would cause the connector to pop off. Prise the plastic cover away a little to see if the connector is loose.
thats a strange thing to hear, don't think I would let him near my car.lol.
rear springs are easy, fronts you got to remove the whole assembly and put in new springs.
lol.
I once raced a double decker bus in wolves off the lights, they bloody shift from stand still! He had me from start, but once I got going it was gameover.
It was a surreal experience.
