It didnt go pop, was just using loads of oil. Turned out to be piston ring. It was dyno'd at 250bhp at rstuning a few weeks before hand.

Not sure on plastics. But been painting alot of my engine stuff. Spend as much time on the preperation as possible as the spraying is the easy bit. make sure every item you spray is thoroughly cleaned and degreased. I spent 3 hours cleaning my rocker cover yesterday, another 3 hours...

There are some special tools you need for locking camshafts and flywheel i think. cost a fortune from renault, but you can get them for about £50 from other car part places.

Do not tune a clio! It's not worth it, i have wasted loads of money on three of them now.;) if you aren't worried about money get a turbo or throttle bodies.

Don't go with t-mobile. I never get an coverage and people can never get in touch with me. Not just in my area, but I have found this happens anywhere between andover and the midlands.. I'm going to try cancelling my contract tomorrow.
