I am pretty sure the paint I have used is not good enough. Only rated to 150degC.
Will have to change to Hot paint if the rocker cover gets hotter than this.
it happens quite bad in ktec's courtesy car. I left the windows slightly open at work for a few hours and it seems to have helped things.
Cleaning the windows thoroughly on the inside helps too.
Makes my car sound cheap in comparison, don't think any sensible person would go and buy one at full price.

Mine is a s**t car not a girls car, they all take the piss out of the build quality, except for one guy who used to work on the V6 clio, he thinks its alright.
Mostly the piss taking is down to how much I spend on it.

I second that, not much of mine left with the clutch I have.
Also I heard you can get a lighter clutch with a conversion kit. Is this true. As after driving normal cars and vans, getting back into the clio is hard work for the first few miles.
