Regularily serviced mine, and it went when the belts were changed at 60K. Your gamble mate. At the price of them it's worth it for piece of mine imo. Plus you won't have to fork out for a full belt service again. who's doing the work?
lol at being a two hour job. The pain part is getting the sensor off. For future reference, blow torch will speed the process up no end. Well done for completing it though :D
good to see this is still going mate. Lack of power steering might not be so bad with the lump relocated. In FWD mode it's horrendous with no power steering.
Night and day over road tyres on track though, but I know what you mean ;). I was speaking to a few people at donnington last week, and they recommended the new Yokohamas (not the A048), but can't remember the code (might have been AD08 R). similar price to r888's. Federal RS-R are also supposed...
I did a full day at Donny yesterday, and I'm pretty sure it was doing it at oulton also last month. Handling wasn't affected. If handling goes crap I'll change, but is it dangerous not to is the question?
I had my windscreen changed a while back, and the auto wipers don't work. It looks like it's due to the plastic surround that holds everything in place is coming away, and not pushing the sensor onto the glass properly. What would be go to bond plastic to glass?
Noticed my ns front shock has started leaking. Handling still feels ok. Do I need to change it asap, or just wait to see it get worse. What is the worst that could happen? Seized up?
