Hi M8.
I think the wing would be painted on arrival.. but not 100% sure.
If everything looks fine with the wing off.. no ripples or creases etc.. then no probs.
Best o luck with it.
Joe.
133+vat for the front lamp cover (just the cover)
59+vat for the wing.
I would be cautious of the fact that the impact - if it split the wing, could have caused other damage. This should be visible, if present, with the wing removed.

Just to add Mat.
Force = mass * acceleration .. that is not mine lol.. but Newtons second law.
Its not simply a matter of if I believe it.. it is fact with physics as we know it.
Predicting the DIFFERENCE in 1/4 mile times is easy, due to this law of physics. eg, if you add bhp or reduce...

Nos can be used to assist lag reduction, but in a properly designed system the lag should not be an issue.
a rough guide.. to do it properly.. 4-6k

Sort of.... but not quite.
Polished bores are fine if the polish corresponds to the rings lol... it aint a good indication:oops:
the 3rd gear burn bit is bovine testicles..:devilish:
its simply a matter of getting the unit to normal temp with full fluids.. allowing a variation on rpm...
Hi Geoff.
Just a note, those images of the underbonnet area are not a typical cup..
there is no engine cover... and the right hand image shows an aircon pump.....
they cant have them items lol
Joe..........
No Sangy m8... you read me wrong !!!
The Cup is SUPERB, not as SUPERB as the real 172, but thats simply cos its a bargain basement model with, obviously, effective marketting.
Its faster than a 172 generally, due to lack of comforts.. if you want a faster 172 and are prepared to cut...
Isnt it nice to see so many posts supportive of the fact that it dont make a terrific difference on the road....... unless there is a HUGE difference in power / torque / weight :)
It will be interesting to reference this thread to the next I toasted an XYZ type post......
Joe.
No, there is no confirmed limit..
No, they are not numbered..
No, they will not become a classic:sick:
No, they are not a Williams replacement..
So, No, There is no comparison to the Williams in numbers, availability or anything. They will release as many as they can sell..
:)
