its simply a matter of getting the unit to normal temp with full fluids.. allowing a variation on rpm...

Just a note, those images of the underbonnet area are not a typical cup..
there is no engine cover... and the right hand image shows an aircon pump.....:confused:

The Cup is SUPERB, not as SUPERB as the real 172, but thats simply cos its a bargain basement model with, obviously, effective marketting.
Its faster than a 172 generally, due to lack of comforts.. if you want a faster 172 and are prepared to cut...
Isnt it nice to see so many posts supportive of the fact that it dont make a terrific difference on the road....... unless there is a HUGE difference in power / torque / weight :)
It will be interesting to reference this thread to the next I toasted an XYZ type post......

Now we have the glorious net, and the ability to swap ideas.. after a while, as you n I know, you know WHO and WHAT to trust, the rest is probably borderline bullsh*t.
