Cup suspension stut holes are spaced out differently to non cupped cars.
Sound like you have a 182 non Cup suspension strut.
In other words, Cup suspension won't fit a Non cupped car without changing the hubs over.
I do feel slightly guilty :dapprove: EVEN THOUGH the bolt was the consistency of cheese.....and Nick backs me up when i say it took literally no effort to undo.....i only had to hang off my 24 inch breaker bar twice.;)
Im with Dave on this i think. Gonna save it for Pizza on Thursday. Its pay day tomo and im gettin my hair cut especially for the occasion.
You lucky people!
Cheers John for organising today. Was a good bit of banter as always. Seeing Nick's mule of a Cup make 180 made me wish i'd bought mine along!
Donuts were nice but i'd have preferred a bacon sarnie Matt....take note for the next meet.;)
Im reduced to spectator status im afraid.:dapprove: The Cup is 'sans seats' until next week.

I have to say its getting out of hand. Thank god my super duper ninja driving skills are present and correct to help me fight off this plague that will no doubt attack us Clio hero's at Llandow.;)
And thank god i have a diesel 106 that is crying out for a GTi...
Mine did this once and hasn't repeated it since. It was after i had done a trackday at Snetterton and it was the first time in ages that i'd filled it with a full tank.
Not sure whether either of these two things contributed to it tho.
