    Odd electric goings-ons...

Well, actually, it looks like the battery has sorted the trip computer reset problem... not reset since last Friday. Not sure why it reset itself on Friday after the battery was fitted though. However, I'm still having the problem with severely intermittent operation of the wipers, windows...

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

Re: someph-ing different........... ^Doesn't sound good... I'd get some new lightweight, rare wheels to compensate. I'm happy with my Greenstuff's although mine doesn't go near a track. Not sure all the hassle is worth it for the rear's though, they're basically for show. But, I understand why...

    2 problems

Well, as per my thread mate - I've just changed the battery and it still does it. :( As for the locking situation, I've had a variety of odd electrical based goings-ons, but they all sort themselves out when I turn the car off and start her up again. Tis really annoying me, especially since...

    Odd electric goings-ons...

Battery replaced yesterday... I started the car this morning to a trip computer reset and windscreen wipers not working! Turned off and restarted and was all fine... argh! I'm wondering if it's just something due to the cold?

    HDMI cables.

The only time it's really worth paying out to get a decent one is when you go for quite long lengths. I bought a cheap 10m HDMI cable and it made the DVD unwatchable!

    Odd electric goings-ons...

I think my battery's on the way out, as the trip computer resets itself each time I start the car up (apparently the first sign?...). Recently, I've had: (Earlier this week) The indicators didn't work. I then turned the lights on and off and the indicators starting working and have been...

Bit of an odd steering-related question...

The car's off to Carlton tomorrow to get it checked anyway, but thought I'd see i I could get a heads-up first... On reversing down my parents' drive a week or so ago, I heard quite a loud clunk. I put it down to going over a drain at the time, but ever since it feels like the tracking is out...

    £6.7k to play with now

If you're set on getting a RenaultSport then I'd say see how much Trophy's are and get the money for one of those, but £7k-ish can buy a lot of car in the current climate - maybe have a look further afield?

    insurance

Christ, people even get flamed on here for asking for a good, cheap mobile phone insurer! The best bet is to check to home contents insurance mate, sometimes you can pay a small amount extra to include valuables outside the home. I would check it stipulates that phones are included, however.

    Best Phone You've Used?

My favourite phone was a Sony one, before them and Ericsson merged. It was grey, long and thin and had a clickable scroll wheel on the side - well ahead of it's time. :) My worst phone... anyone I've had for the last couple years. I keep sticking with Sony Ericsson's and the software is just...
