Ok, well, exhaust (Magnex, K-tec, something with a nice note - in the case of the k-tec something that sounds like a rally car!) induction system - Id say Pipercross Viper everytime, then chipping it, superchips with maybe some remapping, or a Dastek UniChip (Soooo customisable)

The quickShift that K-Tec supplies is a B&M one, David thought it was going to be harder to fit than it was, cos on the mk1 172 youve got to remove a section of the exhaust, but the mk2 is easy (as CB said)
I think it makes a hell of a difference to it, dead precise and solid changes now :)

Now thats good :) I wanted T1 3VOM, great one when youre coming up fast behind someone on the motorway, but I couldnt afford a new car when that came out..... someone probably got it as a normal issued plate :(

Just spoke with fred, and hes just had an incident, some nutter oncoming doing way too much, and he had to get out of the way, and did damage to his car :o - Busted wheel, and something defo not right with the steering :(

Just had a word with Mark @ comtech, and he says the message I got was the software losing its start of program marker.... bugger.... basically a software fault, so, as its only happened once, gotta wait and see if it happens again, if so its a unit swap :confused:
Any examples dave? Ive can only think the "LO3 CAL" "MARKERS" is something to do with local calibration markers, but what are those? why do I need to know? :confused:

Gotta try and modify the bracket to get it closer to the open block on the screen though, and so that I can see the display (Its hidden behind the Origin BlueI at the mo.

Had a strange one today as I came through Leamington Spa this morning, the display on the 550 started showing "?LO3 CAL" and "?MARKERS" flashing alternately, strange, is this something to do with SWS messages?
