It was the fear of not getting one back that bothered me more, but then I just got pissed and didn't really car half as much.

I decided on Plasma for the same reasons Griff. For watching TV both SD and HD Plasma still looks a lot better than LCD. And it's far from shabby for gaming. Is that one that casts the coloured light behind it? That's a bargain, I paid £950 for my 42" Panasonic in March. It's down to £850 now.
