cheap s**t like them put all the load onto the bolts so you will end up loosing a wheel.
anything less than 6mm you wont need new bolts or huncentric, between 7 and 14mm you need hubcentric and longer bolts, anything over 15mm you need hubcentric that bolts to the hub then use the standard...
anythings possible, just depends how far you want to go and whether its worth all the effort might be better off finding 197/200 seats instead.......
i had mk2 ph2 in my mk1, the sub frames just needed abit of nip/tuck here and there!!
i wouldnt mind knowing what my wheels are meant to be torqued up to when i fit my spacers at the w'end....... haynes manual isnt available for the mk3 yet.
eibach sportlines, solid top mounts, full tracking set up (might find you need a few bushes if they are looking warn.
might want to think about brake pad upgrade if you have any change aswell........
if your planning on fitting a bigger engine, would it not be wise to change the hubs/brakes to 172 spec then the cup suspension would fit and you can have better brakes too. or even go for a straight sub frame swap when you change the engine??
if you have big plans be patient...... do it once...
both look mint.
trying to blag my md to let me get a brown clubman cooper d as a company car when my van is 3 yers old/gets off hired in march!!!
my mate sy at venom motorsports has a nice cooper at the min.....
lol takes me back to the old days when i had my hybrid such a nice idle/rev note.

motorsportworld, euro performance, venom motorsports are a few good dealers at decent prices......
220 quid to fit spring is way too much, 120 including tracking check is about what you should be paying....
all depend on your buget tbh mate.......
h&r are the best springs available for the mk3 at the min......retail around £185 can lower 30mm or 45mm
next you looking at eibach prolines which drop 30mm..... retail at about £150
then there is fk that do a 40mm drop all round or a 60mm front...
i think waiting until your insurance is due for renewal and finding a different company that will alow more agressive modifying is a better way forward??
