Its just dawned on me but if im brutally honest, with the fact you can have all the Cup bits as an option on a 197 now and seeing there is only a 20g saving, doesn't the Cup look a bit pointless?
Needs to be a good 100kgs lighter to make sense i think.

I know it prob won't appeal to alot of you but if you like old school sports cars, and Loti especially check out this months Octane Magazine.
I don't usually buy it but i kinda have had alot to do with both the cover cars recently.
The yellow (or Orange as its known) Series 1 Esprit (James...

They have the same roof fixings as the Elise so its basically the same as an Elise hardtop, hence why you can also fit the softtop to an Exige.

Im prob gonna get a little convoy from Guildford to wherever Mikey and Ryan are meeting so if anyone from down Guildford way wants to come with us, let me know!
Yeah thats a typical tyre centre price for them but Lotus are cheeky and claim you should only fit the ones they supply as Yoko apparently use a different compound making them a Lotus only tyre!
We've seen them running on Toyo R888's though so really its customer choice. Lotus just claim it...
8k is a nice mileage to have bought it on. Pretty much perfectly run in. You are right about the AO48's though.....6k is about right for the rears. Less if you decide to track it but they are so so grippy in the dry!
