I'd say some of those are luxuries and unfortunate vital repairs rather than running costs but still....not a nice bill at Xmas time.
My cambelt was due this month. Quite glad i bought it forward 7 months and had it done in June!
Philips Bluevisions are worth a look.
I've not got the dipped beam bulbs yet but i upgraded the main beam bulbs for these and they are much brighter and whiter than standard.
On Dyke Road Avenue today at about 2pm ish.
I was in the passenger seat of an Iceberg 182 (Johners) that turned into a side road about 3 cars infront of you.
Thought it could be Piers B but im pretty sure that his car isn't lowered and on Anthracite wheels.

Amuses me how everyone seems to think Xenons are essential and want to pay alot of money just to have them.
You'll only use them for a fraction of the cars life, and they don't make the thing go any faster.

Well mines been run on Optimax/V-Power since i've had it and i can honestly say the oil barely changes colour between oil changes, so its doing some thing good.
I ran mine on premium for a week up in Scotland back in January.
Didn't really hurt it but then again the weather was crap so i didn't really notice any performance loss!
I got my cam and aux belts done at Rentech back in June and got a very nice price from Mike but then it helps having a Cup as its a easier job.
Also had another quote from elewhere which i asked if they could beat/match as i said i'd prefer them to do the work.
