Its a 1*2 bumper, the Caf is 80mm, so i bought some 80mm hose, but it wont fit on the trumpet ffs, Cable tie is a no no, as iv tried that & iv tried using a jubille clip which also failed, if they do a 90mm jubille then it would be handy, but halfords only went up to 80 ffs, i just want it...

smaller 1 will deffo not fit then, this is a 80mm, it sits just nicely in the hole, but it comes out.. Tiger seal ? to strong, what have you lot used?

Try and Earth the battery by connecting it earth (battery) to the starter motor, sounds exactly like my sisters problem.

Pete try this... Earth the Battery :) use the black jump lead connect it to the earth point on the battery and the other end to the Starter motor .. iirc that should solve this problem :)

:S thats how i start mine. leave all light to go off, battery and imob light still on clutch pedal in and it starts every time.. i only though i had to leave the lights to go off as it has coil plugs, (same sign on diesel cars)

naa no stickers, cba to open it up and people seeing its a 1.2 :dapprove: lol, so i matched the yellow with the caf trumpet :) Just sand the cover alot until you start seeing the line showing up(youl kno what i mean when you do it) then primer, sand, primer, sand, yellow, then yellow again...

make sure you sand it alot fella, crist the primer just didnt want to stick on mine, but got it in the end, Fiat Yellow :D

go to a local parts store like CES, lucas etc (lucas has closed now tho) cheaper that probably anywhere :)

do you have any some 1 not far who does exhaust at his home ? obvious dont go to a company like yozza etc just for a pipe its just not worth it, if the pipe for a 1.4 /1.6 would be the same as a 1.2, i could get some made, as i kno a guy who does custom exhausts in his garage.

^ only costs circa £50ish reallt, as its only a pipe that take place of the cat.
