i have my ABS on a switch. At lower speeds under 100 and in the dry when im testing my car against other on my test track abs isnt needed and the brakes are much better. over 100 the back end starts to spin as the bias is 50/50 and in the wet too its mad with a 50/ 50 bias!
the switch is hooked...
when cold the flap in the air intake pipe is closed so thats where you get your hesitation from once the engine is warmish the flap opens and lets more air in aiding acceleration
autoglym interior cleaner for the plasic and backs of seats
damp cloth for alcantara (its not suede)
autoglym leather cleaner for the leather bits of the seats
The 16v badges are painted silver can still see that their 16v and their far too light to look like 2 litre badges .

172 calipers on the front drums on the back - dont need good brakes on the back really.
cost me a few bob the megane conversion will cost more but its only money
The connections for the injection computer get rubbed by the metal cage thing that surrounds it causing problems

yeah none of them stupid washer things.... mot tester didnt even notice ha ha
yeah standard driveshafts and hubs but the wishbones are my original ones need to be changed but not too fussed at the mo...
engines only done 1500 miles still needs pounding in

planetary gears came out to say hello...
Was on my 3rd box mate got fed up so took it to quaife asked them to sort it so it will take more abuse uprated the clutch too seems ok now.
quarter mile dont ask... did 14.9 it was wet as ... too much presure in my yokos to blame for too much spin and lead foot
oh and fred them wheels really...

be the alternator is duff, when you stop the car the battery is earthing and draining the battery over time will f*ck the battery new alternator easy to change as long as you dont have aircon
alcantara is only sold by alcantara in italy few suppliers in the uk do it i couldnt get hold of any genuine stuff at all when i had my re-trim its around £60 a sq metre good leather is £50 tops
