I am negative towards the cup, yep.. because I fail to see what it is that makes you want to go and buy a downmarket version of anything for more money than the better product.. simple really...
and, if someone somehow thinks that the cup is...
give it a good spray all over..
and please remember - all who use these types of filters ..
the filter medium IS THE SPRAY or OIL, not the element.. the element only holds the fluid.. the fluid does the filtering.

ring the MD of the garage... not the slaes manager.. tell him that the internal investigation is great, but the custome still needs the vehicle whilst they sort out their inneficiencies...

most of the timer software packs are at the flywheel...
work out a 172 at 2600 Lbs, and 172 bhp
think ya will find about 14.4 - 14.6
and we know that is certainly possible...
