Paying for our ferry next week, wont be on the same one as you lot though but keep an eye out for the trophy on the camp sites.
Do people take out their rear seats to fit more stuff in? I was thinking about having everything out the back of mine for more room but not sure I can deal with 500...
The good thing is they dont wear much, bolsters always stay in great shape and every so often the alcantara on the drivers seat goes shiney.
IMO there are better seats out there for the money but they are a nice seat all the same
loved mine on my 172, although the 182 system isnt worth £300 more for an extra backbox, small piece of pipework to join to centre section and a couple of exhaust tips.
I bet you had even more on the front when you got back, mine was filthy from being behind you so close, good bit play on as well thats a healthy ph1 ;)
whats the mods? Mine is choking off that standard exhaust and map lol, that corner was a bit hairy with a stripped rear end and high ride...
I thought today was a great turnout, reminds me of my first CS meet back in 2006 at the arnison centre :) even then there wasnt as many cars

There was about 10-15 cars extra dotted around, meg 225, Evo, Lcr, rx8 frs, 200sx drift beast and loads of other clios ;) probably a match for the North west ;)
Ph1s rev lower due to the longer ratios. My ph1 did 45mpg on a 200 mile jaunt to fcs and in general. The trophy is worse as it revs higher.

What's the best way to go about getting this out as far as I'm aware it's a one piece system? I'm swapping the standard exhaust so cutting really isn't an option
I've heard that dropping the axle is the common thing to do but how do I do this as I've never done it before. Cheers
Would be happy to mate anytime, the trophy is a bit of a state atm being sat in the garage for a while but I'm going to try and get it paint corrected after I've done dans car on friday. It could be saturday/sunday mornings task :)

Wonder if you can help, a mate has a ph2 172 and is having an issue, it wont go above 3000 RPM.
It's been into renault and supposedly its not the throttle body, or any of the wiring so they've said it needs a new ECU at a rediculous cost.
Anybody had similar experiences? I thought it could...
Oh and expect to see a fully functioning trophy at the meet....whether its mine who knows ;)

Wasn't bitching really was it? Just stating the ammount of love for a standard ph1.....years ago it would be 8 pages....sorry 4 pages for you fortunate few, of pure hatred and ugly'ness :)
