The mini charger is an Eaton M45, and you're best off getting the teflon coated one which will set you back around £300, can happily boost the standard mini chargers to around 280-300bhp,
If you're doing all the work yourself I still doubt you'll do everything for under a grand, good on you for...
I know that this mod is relatively new but I ran a de-cat with my BTB stealth and it wasnt loud nor raspy
I'd rather save your cash, get a k-tec de-cat, and run it with the btb, I saw no difference with the RS tuner remap, just smoother power delivery
Depending on the accuracy of the...
Anybody going to trax this sunday? I'm going to drive down on the day as I CBA with hotels etc, done it so many times before and would rather save £50
If anyone is going down or fancies it on the day I will be leaving the NE at around 4.30 am and having a steady cruise down at around 70mph...
I sold my broken ph1 172, needed a new engine, had 100k on the clock, also had brand new vmaxx coilovers, brand new btb exhaust, brand new ITG panel filter, silvervision bulbs all round, ph2 side strips, ph2 rear bumper, ph2 rear lights, good condition for £1k
If you have the money wait until...
Worth about £2k given the condition and mileage, if it had around 85-90k on it would be worth tops £2.5k
If you decide to split I'll take the rear bench
you didnt, but you should've ;) before they became the 'thing' to do, now its a bit old hat
Anyway, I take back my previous statement, the trophy will be going on coilovers, one day, just speaking to a company now about developing a new kit, hopefully he will agree
I've got a trophy but finding it abit light on the corners so thinking of going coilovers myself, I know its against the grain but I'm sure a nice set of billie's or Kw's will be enough to keep the handling but have a better looking trophy? I'm thinking a 40-50mm drop will be enough and set the...
Sad that you sold the Ph1 mate, was nearly my replica and I loved it :)
I've got a trophy now and the laws of trophy ownership mean no coilovers, if you get a cup please put it on the floor
You wont be able to fabricate a supercharger kit, buy a charger, intercooler, pipe work, custom brackets, uprated mounts, custom mapping blah blah blah for under a grand
Dont like the bumper, the splitter or the badge sorry
Buy some coilovers and a BTB exhaust, also get a de-cat, made a big...
Nice car, apart from the stickers you put in the rear window and the nurburgring sticker which is most certainly old hat now, I've been to cyprus but I dont have a sticker saying that on the back of my car :dapprove:
sounds like I need to get my arse into gear and get out on a weds and sunday night, have seen craig loads in the sunflower, looking really well fella, is it your original one or a new one as I see by your profile you've got two (greedy sod)
Whats the mods aswell? Did you ever fit the 182...
Coilovers + 2118 speedlines in anthracite, cup spoiler, ph2 bumper, colour coded side strips and some other little bits and hey presto, a ph1 full of WIN!
Or paint the standard f1's
Anthracite
or black
I don't think blue is a popular colour though, I never really thought it suited the clio, probably because there havent been many decent examples about
I would assume if its a decent map you could see anywhere upto 10bhp, its very easy for an RR operator to 'fiddle' with the RR to suit themselves, not pointing fingers but it has been done in the NE previously to make the people in question look good.
Rs tuning is very accurate, its always...
