rear or centre brackets? never heard of anyone using a VW mount, a pic would help.
I made my own

sidetracking a little but will the filling of a glaze be reduced if used via machine? Never really understood how they work just believed in the finish
How would you not know that you've just ground out your bumper or hit something with it? I knew every time I caught mine, and paid full price for a replacement when required as they look sh!t without them and and look sh!t when replaced with anything else.
that made me smile calum, but not many would agree with that. I'm saving them for nicer weather
gave the workhorse Golf a quick going over again today to give Vics concourse and collectors another go, did half the car with a single coat each after a full detox and IPA wipe down. will apply a...
Oh Russ, I'm very disappointed you'd let it get that bad lol The car must do more marketing for the business than anything else! Very nice.
Am keen to here your thoughts on using wraith, as I managed to get the carbon, titanium and concourse sample kit
could be baked on brake dust or possibly tar deposits, there are plenty of wheel cleaners, iron de contaminants and tar removers mentioned in threads recently
best to get a pic up so we can have a look
so what works best with zymol. cleanse seems to be very oily which I would expect to effect durability of other waxes. would it's oils not do their own filling
sample kit arrived yesterday with 200ml of HD-CLeanse. what is this like use as it feels more oily than lime prime. Rubbed it between my fingers and I couldn't quite feel the abrasives like you can in LP but it left more of a greasy film as it dried out
My wife wasn't best pleased to find the...
Our new Focus is pretty soft in comparison. is RB, LY etc hard as it's not a standard Renualt colour and sprayed seperately to the normal colours / clios
use tardis tar remover and iron X to remove iron filing and embedded brake dust. Can't see it doing much harm unless you let it dry on.
I always used SRP with HD wax and always got a nice durable finish. for the money it's not a bad combo, but the werkstatt kit is always getting praised...
between the standard DA and the pro? I think it used a more powerful / torquey motor that doesn't bog down as much under heavy load, similar to the revised megs G220.
I kept mine for about a year then went on a couple of training days before moving up onto a EP800 rotary from cleanyourcar but...
Are Zymol waxes best kept in the fridge?
I've not had problems storing waxes before apart from the soft Vics 3oz pots, but the were delivered during summer and had already started to seperate.
called raceglazer / morethanpolish 1st as I couldn't find them advertised anywhere else so thought maybe they had a special on. they don't have any left after my call. I got the last kit
as above I found myslef using my DA more for pre wax cleansers as they cleaned the paint up nicel ready to wax, as well as doing a little filling like a glaze would with something like SRP, lime prime etc
£100 wouldn't buy me half a set of suitable bike lights to get me round my usual XC loop through winter, might just stretch to a new chain and rear sprockets if I shop around. Or 2 new tires and inner tubes.
A fancy pot of wax will last a lot longer than spent on my other hobby
An example of...
