its the shocker tops catching on the turret tops that make the noise but there is a mod for it.

very strange.the computer must work due to the warning light going out but it cant be registering any faults due to the warning light not coming back on again.why do you think your abs isnt work?

what you need is a chip like a unichip that can be set to your car.it would need rr to set it up properley.sounds like the hillpower chip doesnt match up with your mods.

depends if the seat runner studs line up with the holes in the valver floor.never tried it though myself.

dont know.its up to the dealers to send tech alerts to inform renault that the mod doesnt always work and then renault would look again at the problem.

21 turbo,old espace v6,rx4,kangoo x trail and safrane all had a 4wd version.

maybe try replacing the idle valve first.leave the battery disconnected for 10mins before you plug in the new valve.

no its an easy job.you only need a 10m socket/ratchet etc. i am assuming its a valver/williams though.

could be a number of things,i would get it checked by a mechanic before you change anything.

you could probably get a recon pas rack pretty cheap.i got one for my 309 for about £130 from a local firm.have a look around.

the racks are probably different but unable to be sure due to renault always making little changes in between models.not bad to fit its just the unions that can sometimes be awkward to get on.

strip the brakes down first and clean/grease all caliper/pads slides.caliper repair kits are no longer avaliable from renault.

maybe a software issue.has it been reprogrammed? if its a fly by wire throttle then maybe a fault with the moterised throttle body. if its a cable type throttle control than maybe a idle valve fault.

half the problem is that the drums wear and a lip is created which the brake shoes get stuck on when removing the drum.loosening the handbrake cable only helps if the cables have been previously over tightened.

i would say yes so at least you know where the problem is/which area to look at.
