virtually the same apart from they are mounted differently in the car(but thats easily solved),gearboxes are internally slightly different and i think the manifolds are different.there are other little differences apart from them but they wont cause much of a problem.easy enough to interchange...
you cant remove the immobiliser code from the injection computer.once its been used on a vehicle its got that vehicles immobiliser code for life and it wont work in another car.there is no option on renault diagnostic equipment to remove immobiliser codes on modern ecus.
you have to remove the sunroof frame to be able to fit the new seal.you need to remove the old seal first as well.sunroof frame is held in by 16 10m bolts.remove the roof lining trim and pull down the roof lining slightly,you can now see all the 10m bolts.
rheostat is clipped into the side of the fan box under the scuttle panel trim.remove the o/s part of the trim,the jack and maybe the wiper moter if you cant get your hand in.it has a multiplug going to it and a red+black wires coming out of it to the moter.
your are taking the heat away but if it was a bit warmer outside it wouldnt nes stop it overheating.fans clipped into the bottem of the radiator and held in the top by 2 small nuts and bolts.have you checked the radiator fan switch?
