Fubar made it, but it's not a font as such as lots of shapes and curves and vectors and some other rubbish that makes up the letters...

Ask Fubar, he'll bore you with the details!

I'm pretty sure he made it from scratch, when he first advertised them for sale before his supplier fell through he was talking about it.
