A little help if possible guys...
I'm trying to replace my fuel rail guard, but can't get the original one off. Now, I'm using a pretty cheap and nasty socket set so it might just be I need one with better leverage, but I can't shift the bolt at all.
Also, I was under the impression that...
Insurance will be a lot more expensive in the UK than it is in Gibraltar!
Looks alright mate, change the wheels, lower it slightly and lose the spoiler and it'll be a good example. Those wheels on the KTR look good.
Lol, close. To be fair, I think I have used a bit of 'dirty' clay before on the inside arches when I was experimenting with the stuff...
Don't even own any clay at the moment, I'll buy a new batch after Chrimbo.
But make sure you pick the right Sonus. Some of it is quite serious stuff that can take away more than just bugs and tar!
It sounds like you're using it right Deb, just focus for a bit longer in the areas where bits aren't being removed, with more lube to stop it sticking.
I remember looking at this car before I bought mine and remember that he wanted just a bit too much outside my budget to buy it.
Now it's on Ebay going for pittence. :(
But different bumpers and interiors don't make for a different 'phase'. The 182 isn't a different phase to the other Mk2 Ph2's, although it has different bumpers, interior, engine, etc... it's just a different model in the same phase.
Nope, claying doesn't improve general appearance but removes impurities and stuck on crap that washing doesn't remove, therefore making paint as smooth as glass to the touch.
Ay, as above. Megs Quick Clay is the Halfords clay of choice.
Although, if you use the QD, you don't necessarily need to wash again, although most do. I tend to not bother using QG and just use more soapy water on each panel as I clay it.
