Yes, you can get Phillips Bluevision Ultra which are a lot closer to white than normal bulbs.
If you care about power and throw more, then OSRAM Nightbreaker Ultimate bulbs are decent. Not as white as the Bluevision though.
I really wouldn't recommend using LEDs, or at least not direct replacement ones, for your high beam. Been there, tried it (with far better bulbs than you've linked), and they were terrible. The only way I could tell if they were on was if I was driving next to a hedge, and then I could see a bit...

Cheapo ones tend to be dangerously dim - The set in mine certainly were and I've seen a few others the same. Go for the proper ones IMO, as you know they'll be alreet.

Blank roundels look good, certainly reminds me of a lot of racers, without pretending too hard to be one. However as stated they will get tatty.

Some people will have never played more accurate sims, some people want eye candy, some people just want a game that they can pick up and play, which you can't really do with a hardcore sim unless you leave everything set up all the time.
