lol... not sure I agree with the ones that are torched in residential areas though. They do a job imho.
As for for the f*****s on DC's.... let em burn.
Yup, my 172 is exactly the same.... very uneven at tickover. I try and blag my mates when they notice by saying it's because it has wild rally cams. lol. :o
. It doesn't look like a resistor by anychance does it?
Is IAT Intake Air Tempby any chance? Either way, as ben correctly states the best thing for that is chuck it in the bin!!
Fair point. I'm ****, so tuition would probably do me the world of good.
Another 40bhp wouldn't do any harm mind. lol.
Seriosly though, peak power gains is fine for bragging rights in the pub, but I'd rather fork out £500 and get a much more linear, flatter torque curve with a bit more...
There was thread that was about 20 pages long about this very thing. Nearll all RS clios experience it - it's the engine banging on the subframe. I think the reason it's so prevalent on the Clio is the extreme lack of space in the engine bay. The engine hasn't got to move far to foul on...

They're cheap, are a piece of piss to fit and don't take up half your boot.
Don't listen to the audio snobs above. lol. Alright so your never going to get perfect sound from an oval speaker, but does it really...
As long as you can drive, and understand cadence braking.
If your getting a Cup, now is a good time imho. If last winter is anything to go by, there might not be any left at the rate they were leaving the road last year.:p
Get rid of those horrible tacky gold wheels for a start. lol.
williamsclio is a good place to start mate, as said above. There are a few Willys on there running cams (BenRs -AngelWorks come well recommended) who have very fast cars - very low 14s 1/4 miles.
