It will be a missing codec. Either youve not installed them correctly or that pack didnt contain the codec you need. Use G-Spot to find out what codec is required.
What about the turbo? intercooler? Larger rad? Vacuum pipes? plus whatever else Ive missed. Must add up to quite alot over and above the weight of a 1.2 (NA) engine.

Any ideas on costs? I know Fred does some work with wheels does anyone have any contact details for him?

Im only asking as I know some manufacturers (Mazda for definite) are advising people not to use CD-Rs as they are getting stuck in the units and they are prepared to do the work under warranty.
Saying that Ive used plenty of CD-R in the Cup headunit without a problem. Turn the electrics off...
