No it means you basically plug the iso plug straight into the head unit. Thats the whole point i.e no more adapters.

Insert removal pins and pull.

I never get any symptoms like this in my Cup. Granted its not as eager first thing in the morning but its not lumpy or hesitant at all.

Cheers Pete. That seems to suggest you need a Cat and many a time Ive seen people on here say you dont. Confused even more know..

I know you dont have to have a Cat to pass an MOT test but is there any literature to back this up? Im trying to convince some naive people that in theory atleast you dont need a Cat.

I got mine done at Griffs garage, no wait, friendly staff and it cost me nothing :)

Either that or a crank case breather pipe.
