Yeah, thats Bluewater in Kent, they hold regular meets there. I had a Cup packed 182 before the Trophy. Im still over the moon with the Trophy. Ive already had it on track once, and have covered 2k miles in a month!! I love driving it. Lee

So in the end you paid the same as someone using a Friends and Family discount, most likely from Masters Renault as you asked them only yesterday how much they would do the car for, yet a few weeks ago you came on bragging you got it for £12k...

The existing Renault (Alpine)Autochanger will only work with a Renult head unit. You can get an Adaptor to allow the dash display and steering controls to work with a new head unit on most Clios except some of the more recent 05 cars. Its really easy to do.

Yup, that was me, but I guess you knew that when I drew up alongside waving. :D I spotted the yellow dot in the distance and wondered if it was you, knowing its your neck of the woods. As I got closer I noticed it was a 51 plate with an AMD sticker and knew it had to be you.

I ordered the adaptors and stuff for mine, they took just short of a week to arrive. I had to return them as they didnt work, on the phone they were useless "grunt, send it back, grunt". Refunded me straight away though and they responded to all e tickets, or whatever they call them...

Sounds to me like you got a good deal. It doesnt matter if its an import, and the price you paid sounds about right for an 03 import. What colour is it? Just being nosey now.

That sounds like a fair price to me for the car. How many miles has it done?

They also sold a Monaco Blue and Flame red 172 last year there. I need to pop up Tesco tomorrow so might have a look.

If you were sold an import as a UK car you will most likely have been over charged. When I traded in my 03 Import 172 a couple of years ago I got around a grand less for it than if it had been a UK car.
