As I understand it, as long as you use renault parts you will keep the manufacturors warranty, year1, however, if the car is not serviced by a main dealer you loose the dealers warranty i.e. yrs 2&3

The yellow mk1 is my first choice, ive always wanted a yellow Mk1, remember seeing one when they out and they still look good. Im gonna test drive it tomoz. Theyre so rare, anyone know how many were made??? With 16k and one women owner it been no were and probably not thrashed.

You shouldnt need to remove the top completley. Ive done this three times, and each time I have managed to work with the top of the dash lifted once unhooked. Once you can see were your going its dead staright forward.

You need to pull the top segement of the dash forward, this unhooks it for the passeger air bag. Are you trying to fit a remote connection???

Special edition it is. Aparently its not selling that well. My local renault dealer said he would have not problem getting me a car under £12k. Not to knock it though cause Id have one tomoz if it wasnt for the insurnace. I think a lot of the dealers arent ethusiastic enough about the cup.

Ive decided to swap the covers rather that the whole seats. (In the front.) Still quite a major hassle but not in comparison to swapping the seats. Cheers everyone.

Im replacing them with 172 seats so insurance not really a problem as they are essentially the same seat just with leather.
