It's the bits at 3 and 9 o'clock, from memory the ph1 doesn't have them. I fitted the wrong hub, it fitted but weighted up massively. And the airbag is different ( 1 connector instead of 2).

Yeah, ph1 and ph2 require different hubs for fitting aftermarket wheel.

Shame it won't fit a ph1, or I'd be 1st in line.

Only the ph1 172 came in both silvers. All silver ph2 172's were iceburg, all silver 182's titanium.

If it's a 182 bumper (ie with the exhaust cut out's) it'll be titanium. If it's a 172 (no cut out's) then it's iceburg.

Amazes me that people that do very few miles are so bothered about refinement. You boys would probably s**t bricks if you drove an old school hot hatch. Nowhere for your skinny latte's.

In that situation, get a trophy. Great to drive, and if you keep the miles low (which you will) it'll keep it's value really well. Or get an e36 m3, running costs aren't an issue when you do bugger all miles.

Afaik 182 and ph2 172's have the same ratios. Ph1 have different ratio's, as they aren't lardy pieces of s**t ;).

Maybe they forgot the vtec? I have a pack you could try.
