Thought it might have been you. I wasnt really paying much attention, but caught a glimpse out the corner of my eye.
We were off to get Logitech Driving Force Pro wheels. Unfortunately got Wayne and John I got the last one.;)
When I had the 172 I took it in for a service, while there I commented I liked the look of the new 172 Cup out front, the sales guy said "is that the Blue one?" lol
Walk into your dealer Si and ask someone there. They dont have a f*****g clue.
Last time I went in they were going on about the next RS Clio having a Turbo.
Keep calling until you get someone who knows what they are doing. Factory fitted extras are covered under the value of the car.
I went through all that crap with Tesco. First Alternative were fine, I pointed out I had factory fitted options and they stated they are covered with by the...
Looks to me like they are really running out of storage space now. Ill take a couple of Vs off there hands to make room if they like. Test mules are fine by me.
I killed my fronts by 12k miles, the rears had only 2mm of wear on them.
If I was you Id stick with Contis all round. They are good tyres. I swapped all 4 as I better tyres, due to the way I drive and track use!
I swapped all 4 at 12k even though the rears were fine. The Contis are nice and safe, but the F1s grip so much better, and the Exaltos seem to be perfect in all conditions. Already on my second set for the front!

The car comes with the V rated.
I was lazy and got 2 from Kwik Fit for £220. Mytyres are less if they have them, but you will need to locate somewhere to fit them.
That is expensive.
When I had a 172 I purchased 4 GS-D3 for it from Kwik Fit. I played different branches off each other and paid £72.50 a tyre all in. Bargain.
Kwik Fit are only expensive if you dont bother challenging them to beat other quotes. One near me is very good at dropping...
